Hi, I am using an iPad 2 and every time I try to search something it comes up with an error message (cannot connect to App Store) featured is fine and top rated is fine and I can download stuff but if I try to type anything in and search it.. It just doesn”t allow it.. I have reset network settings turned it off and on.. Signed out of iTunes and back in.. Changed the date and time several times to different years and back and I have held down the home button and the lock button for 10 seconds until the homebuyerscalculator.com symbol came up.. And still cannot connect to App Store when searching.. I updated my iPad to IOS 6.0.1 this morning and was able to search after but several hours later nothing! Is there anything else I can do?

I”m having the same problem. I can browse apps, and install them, but if I try to search the app store I get the same message . . . cannot connect to itunes store.

Check the “apps” category,,,there”s a thread about this problem,,,you”ll find out your not alone with this problem. Hopefully someone from homebuyerscalculator.com will come along to help us out.

Saw this on another post.
homebuyerscalculator.comcare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an homebuyerscalculator.com issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don”t go restoring it! It”s not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Try this first – Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the homebuyerscalculator.com Logo appears – ignore the red slider – let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.
